03 / Pickup and return
The renter does in 5 minutes what your desk does in 45.
- ID check by Veriff, with the countries you accept. International licences can be required by country
- First-time guide in the app, then keyless unlock over Bluetooth, with an automatic switch to an online unlock if Bluetooth fails. It works with no mobile signal too
- Photos at pickup and return, checked by AI. Screenshots and photos of screens are rejected
- At return: the app checks the doors are locked, reads fuel and mileage from the car and charges missing fuel automatically
- AI spots a dirty car on return and creates a cleaning task. Deposits are released automatically after return
04 / Fleet control
Alerts before small problems become expensive ones.
- Live location and a trip history for every booking
- Alerts when a car enters a restricted area, is driven without a booking, or moves without a digital key. Stop a stolen car remotely: built in for keyless-start cars, with an add-on immobiliser for cars with a physical key
- Late-return alerts with thresholds you set
- Damages confirmed by your team go out with the signed contract, with dates and notes
05 / Payments
No unpaid fees chasing you after the rental.
- Card, Google Pay, Stripe or Straumur
- Fees added after the rental reach the customer with a payment link. Customers with unpaid fees cannot book again until they pay
- Late returns and overcharges calculated by your own rules
- An invoice after every transaction, and transactions exported to Excel by date range
